* Developing 100-1000 hectares of land between 4 years of operating, for the cultivation of rice.
* Acquire and practice the use of modern farm machines and tractors, for land preparation, cultivation, fertilizer application, pest and disease control, harvesting and processing our food crops.
* Install a 24 century standard rice processing plant in our farm.
* Create an unending water source for irrigation and non stop power supply to the farm.
* Upgrade the routes from the main roads to the farm.
* Construct a well furnished farm house, for employees and office duties
* Create the PRODUCER - CONSUMER channel of distribution, by setting up distribution outlets in every major city or town in every state, and developing an e- platform where consumers can make purchase and the delivery, as fast as a bolt.
