1. CONDENSED MILK BREAD
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm milk
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 large egg
3 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
Instructions:
1. Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar for 5–10 minutes.
2. Add flour, condensed milk, egg, and butter; mix into dough.
3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover and let rise until doubled (1–1.5 hours).
5. Shape into loaf and place in pan.
6. Proof again for 30–45 minutes.
7. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden.
2. LEMON CREAM CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
3 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease loaf pan.
2. Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
3. Add lemon zest and juice.
4. Fold in flour to form dough.
5. Transfer to pan and smooth top.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
7. Cool before slicing.
3. CHEDDAR CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare loaf pan.
2. Mix flour and baking powder.
3. Add cheese and combine.
4. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and eggs.
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
6. Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
4. YOGURT BREAD
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease pan.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
3. In another bowl, whisk yogurt, eggs, and oil.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
5. Pour batter into pan.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
7. Cool before serving.
