HOW TO MAKE SCOTCH EGG
step 1: boil and shell eggs
step 2: make bread crumbs n add white pepper n salt 2 it.
step 3:cover d boiled egg with sausage meat n pass thru d mixed bread crumbs n t
raw eggs.
step 4: fry in much vegetable oil till golden brown. n serve on a slide plate.
