Dear Men,

Not every woman who loves to look good is seeking male validation or attention. Some women simply enjoy expressing themselves through beauty, fashion and self-care because it is part of their nature, culture, personality and confidence.

Looking good is not always about impressing others ,sometimes it is about feeling comfortable, confident, happy and mentally refreshed.
A woman should never feel guilty for taking pride in her appearance.
To every woman reading this: never let anyone discourage you from dressing well, smelling nice, glowing or showing up as your best self. Confidence and self-care are not crimes , they are forms of self-respect.
Sending you love ❤️❤️❤️

This week, I decree divine favour and meaningful connections. May good people speak about you to the right people for the right purpose. Doors of opportunities, blessings and testimonies will open in unexpected ways.
My week is blessed, productive, peaceful and filled with grace.
As you start a new day, may your efforts be rewarded, your heart be light and your smile never fade.
Have a beautiful and wonderful day, friends.

Today marks the successful completion of my one-year fellowship programme as a National Health Fellow in Public Health, where I had the honour of representing Ovia South West Local Government Area (LGA).

I am deeply happy, grateful and overwhelmed with joy. The selection process was highly competitive, involving a series of rigorous interviews, yet the process remained transparent, merit-based, free and fair. I neither needed to lobby nor know anyone to earn this opportunity.

This experience has truly restored my hope in Nigeria and reaffirmed my belief that excellence and integrity still have a place in our system.

I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to serve and contribute to strengthening public health in my community and beyond.

Special appreciation to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for this impactful initiative; to the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Professor Muhammad Ali Pate; to the Edo State SWAp Desk Officer, Dr. Omijie; my mentor, Dr. Ndu; and the entire team whose guidance, support, and leadership made this journey worthwhile.
I came. I survived. I conquered.

Happy graduation to me! 🎓

Living in denial about your health is like saying “NEPA will soon bring light” you just keep hoping while things get worse 😂.

That “small” headache, constant tiredness or “just malaria” might not be so small after all 🏃.

Many Nigerians are walking around with high blood pressure without even checking and even those who check sometimes ignore the results. Same thing with high blood glucose.

That breast pain you’re ignoring today? It shouldn’t be what finally brings you to the hospital tomorrow 🤷.

Ignoring symptoms doesn’t cure them, it upgrades them.
Instead of “I’m fine,” try “let me check it.”❤️
Because your body is not doing trial version this is the full package 🥳.
Just a reminder......... enjoy your evening.

SATURDAY WELL SPENT 😂😂

There’s something deeply beautiful about Saturdays spent with people who feel like home. Today with my life group was more than just a gathering,it was a reminder of what true connection, healing and freedom looks like.

We started by opening up about our challenges, the things that try to hold us back, slow our growth and keep us in quiet bo***ge. But there was power in that vulnerability. There’s something about speaking your struggles in a safe space that weakens their grip. Together, we didn’t just talk about our struggles we spoke hope over them, shared wisdom and reminded ourselves that growth is possible, one step at a time.

Then came my favourite part food 😂 , laughter and bonding. Honestly, nothing heals the soul like good food shared with even better people. The laughter was loud, the joy was genuine and the connection? Unmatched 😂 and of course, the gist flowed effortlessly 😂😂because what is women without gist? 😂

But beyond the fun, there was something deeper happening......

✍️
From a mental health perspective, moments like this are everything. In a world that can feel overwhelming and isolating, having a circle where you’re seen, heard and valued reduces stress, eases anxiety and strengthens emotional resilience. It reminds you that you’re not alone and sometimes, that alone is enough to keep you going ❤️.

✍️
Spiritually, it was even more powerful. The prayers we shared were not just words they were 🔥. The kind that shakes foundations, breaks chains and sends every form of darkness packing.
There is undeniable strength in unity and when hearts align in faith, freedom becomes inevitable.

Today reminded me that bonding is not just social ,it’s healing. It’s family beyond blood. It’s friendship with purpose. It’s redemption in community and it’s real freedom, from anything that tries to hold us captive.

Today am grateful for love. Grateful for growth. Grateful for my life group.

Today, I celebrate more than just another year added to my life,I celebrate growth, resilience and the quiet strength that carried me through moments no one saw.
This past year has not been perfect. There were days I questioned everything, moments I felt stretched beyond my limits and times I had to pick myself up when it would have been easier to stay down. But here I am… still standing, still believing, still becoming.

I’ve learned that life doesn’t always go as planned and that’s okay. The delays, the disappointments, the unexpected turns they all shaped me into someone stronger, wiser and more intentional. I’ve learned to appreciate my wins, to protect my peace , to give myself grace on the hard days and live with gratitude.

Today, I’m not just older I’m better ,not perfect, but evolving. Not where I want to be yet, but far from where I used to be 😂.

I’m proud of myself for not giving up, for showing up,for choosing to keep going even when it was hard .

On this special day I pray for an increase over me,pray for more of God's goodness, blessings, mercy, grace, Divine wisdom and clarity of purpose over me as I become the best version of myself.

Happy birthday to me, please send me love ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Let’s Talk About Autism… From the Heart

Some children don’t say “mummy” early…
Some don’t make eye contact…
Some prefer to play alone…
It doesn’t mean they are “stubborn” or “difficult.”
It may be AUTISM and that child is simply seeing the world differently.

As a parent or caregiver, it can be confusing… even overwhelming.
You may ask yourself:
“Am I doing something wrong?”
“Will my child be okay?”

Please hear this: You are NOT alone.
Raising a child with autism comes with challenges but also with beautiful, unique moments.
The quiet smiles, the little progress, the unexpected breakthroughs… they mean everything.
Autism is not a curse or a punishment.
It’s a different way of learning, feeling and communicating.

To every parent caring for a child with special needs:
• It’s okay to feel tired sometimes.
• It’s okay to ask for help.
• It’s okay to celebrate small wins.
Your love, patience and strength matter more than you think.

Let’s be kinder as a society:
Before judging a child’s behavior, try to understand.
Before blaming a parent, offer support.
Because every child deserves love, acceptance and a chance to shine.

Please Drop a ❤️ if you support autism awareness

Sometimes your body wakes up but your mind is still sleeping 😂.
You just want to stay in bed and be lazy… until reality flashes before your eyes the bills 😂, the people who depend on you, those who need you, those you inspire and the ones who genuinely care about you.
Suddenly, motivation finds you 😂, welcome to adulthood 😂😂.

HEALTH TIPS FROM PHARM OMOYE
Before you rush out of bed, pause for a few minutes.
Rushing up too quickly can make your blood pressure drop suddenly, causing dizziness, weakness or even a fall.
Giving your body a few moments helps your heart, brain and muscles adjust properly for the day.
Take a quiet moment. Protect your heart, say a prayer, stretch gently, breathe deeply and own your day.

✍️
Always remind yourself: you are enough and your presence matters.

Good morning friends
Enjoy your day and have a wonderful weekend ahead.
