How to wean your baby with ease.
At 6 months, introduce Pap and puree
Single grain pap first.
Watch and observe how baby fares between week 1 and 2 then upgrade to multi-grains pap (not more than 3 grains) and fortify with one nut and legumes.
Observe how baby fares with the new combination.

Multi-grains Pap alone is not a balanced meal. You will be loading baby with mostly carbohydrates.
When you fortify it with peanut and soya, the baby gets protein components as well as healthy fats and oil from the combination. ( Soyabeans must be fermented before use).

Within 6 and 7 months, you would have established what suits your baby.
You can then transition to full fiber cereal.
The baby is growing and expending a lot of energy from crawling and moving around the house.

A nutrients dense cereal meal from whole ingredients used in their correct proportion will give the baby energy, support growth and build the baby's immunity.

In between, let the baby be given fresh fruits that are in season.
Blend into a puree for easy feeding.
Avoid serving fruits in sizes that can cause a choking hazard to the baby.

From 1 year, baby should be able to eat every other meal cooked at home alongside their cereal.
