✅ Use airtight containers (not nylon bags): Nylon is not your friend here. It traps moisture, and next thing — boom, the crayfish starts smelling like expired regret. Use plastic jars, containers, or bottles with tight lids.
✅ Keep it in a dry place, not under your kitchen sink: That corner under the sink? Moisture paradise. Find a dry shelf or upper cabinet where air doesn’t blow crayfish anyhow.
✅ Avoid storing near heat or flames: Heat kills aroma. Don’t keep crayfish beside your gas or stove — or it will start smelling like roasted disappointment. Keep it cool and dry.
