Can we take a minute to thank the person that thought of banana bread first 😋 such a life saver! and can we take all day long to appreciate the ones that make it healthy, guilt free and yet yummy and moist 🤗🤗.

This loaf is filled with all the fibre you would ever ask for! (Oat flour + coconuts) what's there not to yearn for, naturally sweetened too🤗.

In the quest to be part in the already existing community, who are passionate to help curb non communicable disease (NCD's). I delved into the healthy aspect. So, briefly reintroducing myself! I bake and produce healthy goods, using healthy ingredients to achieve better products.
