When you have your birds panting or exhibiting labored breath like this, it is expected of you to raise their feeders, and only keep the water available. Preferably with some ice in it to keep them cool.

This panting/labored breathing is caused by heat and sometimes can be more severe if they have an untreated CRD (Chronic Respiratory Disease) case
