This man Mr tochi put his house up for sale at N150m
But people who wanted to buy the house were negotiating, he refused to sell anything below 150m

When he saw nobody was willing to buy the house at that amount, he came up with a very snart idea…
The idea was to sell the house through lottery ,
His lottery ticket was fixed at 1million naira…

Luckily He was able to sell one thousand lottery tickets at 1million each..
That’s total of 1billion…when he saw he has made 1billion naira…
He conducted the lottery draw publicly , no cheating, everyone who bought the lottery ticket were present …

At the end one person won the lottery , with everyone present he handed the house documents to the winner….

He made 1 billion selling a house he initially wanted to sell at 150m,
And the lucky winner got the house at just 1million naira…

Some people are really very smart, while some are very lucky…
