🌪️ Understanding Narcissists
A narcissist is someone who has an excessive interest in themselves — their looks, success, or importance. On the surface, they may appear confident and charming, but underneath lies deep insecurity and a constant need for admiration.
đź’” Common Traits:
Lack of empathy: They struggle to understand or care about others’ feelings.
Manipulative behavior: They use charm, guilt, or control to get what they want.
Need for attention: Every conversation eventually circles back to them.
Entitlement: They believe they deserve special treatment.
Gaslighting: They twist facts to make others doubt their reality.
🧠What Drives Them:
Narcissists often hide fragile self-esteem behind arrogance. They crave validation because, deep down, they fear being insignificant or rejected.
đźš© Warning Signs in Relationships:
You constantly feel blamed, drained, or never “good enough.”
They apologize without change or make you feel responsible for their actions.
They isolate you subtly and make you doubt your worth.
đź’Ş Protect Your Peace:
Set boundaries — and stick to them.
Don’t take the bait when they try to provoke you.
Walk away if they consistently disrespect or manipulate you.
