How snails damage crops

* Feed on leaves, stems, flowers, and fruits.
* Create irregular holes in leaves.
* Damage young seedlings, sometimes killing them completely.
* Leave behind shiny slime trails on plants and soil.
* Reduce crop quality and market value.

Crops commonly affected

Signs of snail infestation

* Large holes in leaves.
* Slime trails on plants and around the farm.
* Seedlings disappearing overnight.

Control methods

1. Field sanitation
