Very successful people talk about ideas, possibilities, innovations, and the future. Average people talk about things; what they have and what they wish they had. Small-minded people talk about other people, mostly behind their backs. Remember this: What Susan says of Annie says more about Susan than about Annie. Fill your conversations with ideas and inspiration, not gossip and negativity. That’s how growth happens.

MY FATHER'S ADVICE...

1. Not everything will go as you expect in your life. This is why you need to drop expectations and go with the flow.

2.Reduce bitterness from your life, that s**t delays blessings!

3. Dating a supportive woman is everything.

4. If you want to be successful, you must respect one rule - Never lie to yourself.

5. If your parents always count on you, don't play the same game with those who count on their parents.

6. Chase goals, not people.

7. Your 20's are your selfish years, build yourself, choose yourself first at all cost.

8. Detachment is power. Release anything that doesn't bring you peace.

9. Only speak when your words are more beautiful than your silence.

10. Invest in your looks. Do it for no one else but yourself. When you look good, you feel good. Normalize dressing well, you're broke not mad.

11. Some people want to see everything go wrong for you because nothing is going right for them.

12. Being a good person doesn't get you loved. It gets you used.

13. Don't be afraid of losing people, be afraid of losing yourself by trying to please everyone around you.

14. Keep your move private. Don't announce it until it's SEALED! Premature announcements attract bad spirits. Best thing you can do is stop telling people what's going on in your life.

15. For the sake of your mental health don't love too hard, therapy sessions are expensive. Also, marry when you're ready, not when you're lonely.

16. Your thoughts are very powerful, make them positive.

17. Social media will make you envy someone you should actually pity.

18. Nobody owes you anything on your birthday, learn to save money and spoil yourself.

19. That move you're scared to make might just be the one that changes everything. Do it. Move.

20. Dont mess up your progress trying to rush the process.

21. No matter how thirsty you are, there are some people you should never ask for water.

22. Add value to your life, learn a skill, develop yourself.

23. Never love someon

Health is the new wealth. Peace is the new rich. Kindness is the new cool. If we truly want to live well, we must be intentional in removing drama from our lives. Drama does not just walk in uninvited. Either we create it, invite it, or associate with it. Choose wisely what you allow into your space—because a life of health, peace, and kindness is far more rewarding than one filled with unnecessary stress.

Eat your food today carefully, like you are eating medicine. If not, then one day you’ll be eating a lot of medicine like it’s food. Watch what you eat. I may crave things that aren’t good for me, and when I cave in, I reason it as a “cheat day.” Sure. We think we’re cheating the system — but the body keeps the receipts. And trust me, it collects with interest. 😅

THIS IS A VERY GOOD SECURITY ALERT 👇

1) Once you're in your hotel room, turn off the lights. Use your phone camera as a scanner. Move the phone camera around to detect hidden cameras.

2) Move a piece of furniture behind the door to prevent break-ins. Furniture like the bed or chair. If you cannot move your bed, hang a utensil or cup on the door handle to create noise if someone tries to enter, which will wake you up.

3) If you're alone, leave the key inside the door after locking to prevent unauthorized entry in case any hotel staff have a spare key. But if you're with someone you don't fully trust, avoid this.

4) Let someone know your location by calling them in the presence of the receptionist. You can make a statement like "Na this Usman hotel I dey o, if you no see my call tomorrow, mek men enter oo."

5) Before lodging, you can record a long conversation with someone, either a friend or family member, and then play it through a Bluetooth speaker while you're lodging, especially at night. This can scare away intruders because they will think you're on a live call with someone.

6) Check under the bed in case anything is hidden. Check around the room in case someone is hiding.

7) Bring your own towel and toiletries. Don't use hotel toiletries or towel.

8) Don't sleep nákéd Incase of emergencies.

9) Be careful with hotels that have underground rooms. Bád people might use them to hûrt you.

10) Make sure you make payment with ATM. When you make payment with an ATM, the bank has full details of the receiving account and your location. If the hotel doesn't accept ATM payments, it might be a red flag. Consider walking away.
