Pleasant greetings to you all.

In my short time as the president of this noble association, I have had the opportunity to work closely with the best of the best in Eggon nation. I was humbled by the commitment of each of you to the progress and success of this year's Carnival.

When I took charge of the association, it was an opportunity to do the impossible in the shortest time available and I am sincerely grateful to everyone for your individual outstanding performances and contributions to the ensure this Carnival was successful.

In the light of the above. I wish to thank my executive members for not getting tired considering the numerous emergency online calls and physical meetings we needed to call to have our ideas and plans right. The CWC members and all subcommittee leaders, I want to sincerely appreciate you for the sacrifices.

When we ran into challenges in the cause of planning this Carnival, we called on the BOT Chairman, Navy Captain, Mark Abashi who in turn rallied other BOT members to come to our rescue, I want to thank you for the counsel, wisdom and support.

The introduction of Medical Outreach into this Carnival was a tough one. However, with the support of our partners (Abimiku Foundation and Seed Africa), we were able to create a lasting impact in the lives of our people. To our partners, we appreciate and cherish our partnership, and we hope to maintain this partnership and do greater things together.

At the kick-off of the Carnival of Creativity, I received calls from some illustrious sons and daughters of Eggon nation both home and abroad expressing their desire to contribute to the success of the Carnival, from our political leaders to other distinguished leaders.

May I use this medium to appreciate the Speaker of the State House of Assembly Hon. Danladi Jatau, Hon. Haruna Kigbu (Likitan Talakawa),
Hon. Jonathan Gaza Gbwefi, member HoR (Keffi, Karu, Kokona) federal constituency, Hon J. J Umaru ACA, member HoR (Nassarawa Eggon, Akwanga, Wamba) federal constituency, Hon. Esson Mairiga member NSHA representing Lafia North, Hon. Solomon Akwashiki, member NSHA representing lafia Central, Hon. Ibn Aliyu, executive chairman, Nassarawa Eggon local government council, Hon Nathaniel Akwashiki, Hon. Barr. Ayiwulu Baba Ayiwulu,

Special thanks to the ECDA president and his entourage, other youth leaders present, and those too numerous to mention.

The entire members of AWBE and indeed Eggon nation are grateful to the Aren Eggon HRH. Justice Ahmed Alaku Ubangari rtd, for gracing us with his presence, giving the Carnival grand finale a royal aura.

To the former EYM President, Chief Amb. Isaac Ali Kigbu Jp (Turaki Duglu), you keep setting the pace and creating records that no one has ever attempted to do in Eggon land. Your gift of a bus to our revered traditional dancers has once again re-echoed your sterling records and commitment to the progress of Eggon nation.
We appreciate your gift to the Anzalu Dancers, and we pray that your benevolence and kind heartedness will be rewarded in the near future.
We look forward to celebrating a gift of our own someday as AWBE National Leaders. Thank you so much, sir.

As you journeyed to your respective destinations, I pray for safety. I wish you the best of this yuletide season. And i wish you a happy new year in advance.
