How to Prepare Multigrain Swallow

Boil Water:
Bring about 1 cup of water to a boil in a pot (you can adjust the quantity based on your desired consistency).

Add the Paste:
Gradually pour the flour into the boiling water, stirring continuously with a wooden spatula (turning stick) to avoid lumps.

Stir & Cook:
Keep stirring and turning until the mixture thickens and becomes stretchy—this should take about 5–7 minutes.

Steam
Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it steam for 2–3 more minutes to cook through.

Serve:
Turn into a bowl, mold, and enjoy with your favorite soup.

Let’s Talk Poundo Flour – The BGFOODS Way!

A customer recently asked if we could help with poundo flour, and of course, we said yes! BGFOODS is called a food processing brand for a reason
we’re always ready to deliver quality, hygienic, and authentic food options.

Here’s how we did it:

We began by soaking fresh cassava for three days, changing the water daily to prevent any foul odor. This soaking process helps the cassava ferment naturally, making it ideal for flour production.

Once ready, we peeled the cassava and transferred it into breathable sacks to drain and dry completely.

For the blend:
In a bowl with 6 paint rubbers of white rice, we added 2 paint rubbers of the dried cassava flakes. Then, we took it to grind turning it into smooth, nutritious poundo flour!

It’s rich, healthy, and perfect for swallow lovers who want something clean and homemade.
