THE POWER OF FIRST IMPRESSION

This cake was a product of first impression done right!!

Some years back when I ran my FB ads to capture areas close to Tejuosho shopping complex where my shopffice was then, these set of ladies were captured!!

The first cake one of them ordered was "ice cream"( whipped cream) cake.
The cake was to be delivered on a Sunday and my husband helped me with the delivery. When he was going, the cake shifted and the box was smeared!

He came back for me to re-do the cake even though it could be managed for delivery! I've always said it to anyone delivering cakes for me that once you notice anything different from what you picked up from the studio, bring it back!! He was more careful with the carrying the second time!!

That cake was the thing that got them hooked with Honeyfingers !!!
I've done countless whipped cream cakes for these ladies!!

Last year when I lost my phone, I lost contacts of everyone saved on the phone, I only had those that were saved in my mail!
Unfortunately, the main lady that orders for others was among the number lost!
I had the number of others who mainly collects the cakes!

Fast forward to last month, I saw a number calling me repeatedly when I was on my way to my shopffice but I didn't pick because once I'm on the road, I don't pick calls again so my phone will not "waka" again, don't blame me😁😁😁!

She went ahead to call my husband because he has delivered to them before. My husband ran after me so I could speak with the person, lo and behold, it was my favourite customer!!!

By the time she introduced herself I shouted and narrated what happened to my phone.

She said she is booking for a birthday and wedding and after exchange of pictures, we decided on one.

Fast, fast, price was agreed on and 6 figure landed in my account 'gbim', no hassle!!
You see why they're are my favourites😁😁

Even when the cake was delivered, " Dem no dey 'r'oju' to pay for UBER!!

Long and short of this story is that in whatever you do, create good first impression because it'll continue to bring good results!!
