It was a memorable event as Arch Bishop Godwin Okpara Chapel of Divine Love, Carol Standard Convent Ichi recorded it's ist Ezinne investiture yesterday,the fifteenth day of March,2026 ,a highlight of this year's Mothering Sunday . The principal,Dr Uche Obionu was honored in a HEARTWARMING style. All thanks to Ochiora Ekpereamaka Chindo whose brainchild was made manifest in a glorious way. Also, Kudos to Rev Obi Chindo whose tireless efforts anchored the event from planning to implementation stage. All the staff and parents present,may you be blessed. These students are wonderful breeds,they are all gifts from God,I sincerely love you specially. CSC!! Great!!!

MOTHERS CELEBRATION IN CAROL STANDARD CONVENT,2026
This is how we celebrated 2026 Mothering Sunday in Carol today.
Meanwhile, when we were packing the coolers inside the school bus to convey them to the Bishop's court yesterday,the junior students started clapping while the senior students hailed from a distance. The teachers on their own sides made a decision of "no lunch box tomorrow". Today!! Trust the the students,they giraffed and peeped into any vehicle that entered the school premise .Keeping their anticipated jellof rice in suspense is their last wish for today.... Boom!!! Horns of various vehicles were heard from St James gate,shout of joy exclaimed from classes,teachers on duties dismissed from classes,aura of happiness and deep sense of nostalgia filled the air. MAMA NNEWI, Mummy Zipporah's team landed.
We danced like our strength depended on the melodious egwu Ndi nne,word of admonition shared, prayers offered, sumptuous and delicious tomatoes jellof rice was shared to all the students and staff of Carol Standard. The students leaked their fingers and nodded in affirmation that Mama Nnewi is ''One of its kind"" We all ate from Mama's pot and were filled to satisfaction.
Chai!!! We can't wait for another round of such generosity next year.
We appreciate the women's ministries from Cathedral Church, Uruagu North ,Okija west and Nnewichi Archdeaconries who God used to accomplish this mission.
