A learning point from this order.
Doing business is one true form of on the job training because you will keep learning new things and being reminded old knowledge as you go.
So some weeks earlier this customer needed to restock our premium Garri but when she called in I was totally sold out. By the time we restock and called her she had bought elsewhere. (First Lesson: being consistent is doing my brand a favour and not anyone else).

Back to the story, after she told me she bought elsewhere, I gave her some time and calculated the time I felt that the garri she bought would serve her then I showed up again on her face. (Second lesson: I am my first Brand ambassador so I must proudly market it). I did this because I didn't want my customer to get used to not buying from us. no matter how Good your products are, if you don't keep showing up, you stand a chance of being replaced.
Well I hope this encourages another small business out there.
