When I first decided to start my coated peanut business, I spent weeks staring at recipes. I bought the best flour, the freshest nuts, and the perfect spices. But every morning, I’d look at the bags and think, "Not today. I need to research the exact frying temperature one more time."

I was waiting for a feeling of "readiness" that never came. Finally, I got tired of waiting. I turned on the stove.
