At Venison Foods, We Don’t Just Produce — We Educate
Over the weekend, a client reached out, excited to have us produce something for her. She already had her own “recipe” and instructions — her version of an SOP.
But as I looked through it, I realized it wouldn’t give her the true quality she wanted.
Now, I could have just followed her directions, made the product, and moved on. But that’s not the Venison Foods way.
Instead, I gently walked her through why certain steps matter — how the right temperature, blend, and timing could transform the final result.
At first, she wasn’t sure. But later, she said,
"Ok let's try your own way"
We did. And the difference was clear — the color, the texture, the aroma. the taste… everything turned out beautifully.
😂She was thrilled.
Moments like this remind me why I love what I do.
