About Us: Upland Foods is an exciting start-up dedicated to the processing of chili peppers. We are passionate about delivering quality products to our customers while supporting local farmers and communities. With our production factory located in Aka Itiam, Uyo, we are gearing up to kick-start operations in the first week of May 2024.
Job Description:
As a Marketing Associate at Upland Foods, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products within Uyo and across Akwa Ibom State.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand our customer base.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and target potential clients, as well as participate in promotional events and campaigns.
Candidates should be proactive, creative, and results-driven individuals who are passionate about our mission and eager to grow with our company.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Uyo and Akwa Ibom market is a plus.
Applicants living around Aka Itiam will be given preference due to the proximity to our production facility.
