Sakekasu & h**p seeds financier.

A couple of years ago, I met Yappo from to work on their event . He got me into sake and introduced me to sakekasu over a great dinner asking if I would be interested in using this residue from sake brewing.
First thing I thought of was incorporating it into my favourite pastry, somehow it worked out just fine and happened to be a great one to pair with kombucha as well as tea, coffee as well as sake!
