meticulous selection of high quality products of all kinds that will be more than just ingredients. They will be your guides when following recipes into the world of the Mediterranean diet. And as our "foodtales" unravel, an amazing journey of the senses begins through the green fields and over the blue seas of Greece. We imagine sitting around an olive tree in an ever-growing circle that welcomes everybody... savoring tastes and aromas... enveloped in music and sharing good stories. Good food is always tastier when shared. For us food is much more than just a necessity... it is pleasure. With the help of our food we intend to turn your life into a "tasty-tale".

today & is the best time to let you see how we prepare your orders in the most way ♻️

We reuse more than 90% of the carton boxes we receive & we recycle the rest. The boxes are either reused to pack your orders or shredded/folded to protect the fragile products during shipments 📦 For the refrigerated products, we use only insulated liners & coolpads. For the frozen products, we use EPS boxes & special pads that have a phase change temperature of -21oC & NOT dry ice⚠️ (which is dangerous & unfriendly for both the environment & the products)! Finally, we always try to fit your orders in the boxes in a way that our couriers do not carry "air" but full boxes, so they can fit as many as possible in every route they make!

💥 World Tuna Day for Sustainable Fishing Awareness 🟰 -20% on All Tuna Products💥

Each year, since 2016, on the 2nd of May, is celebrated. A day that is an achievement of fishing communities, scientists & environmentalists who came together to protect tuna schools around the world & help create a model, thus protecting the future of tuna.

Our are from TRATA, the Greek brand associated with canned fish! A company that is a pioneer in its sector in Greece & offers unique products like the classic from a wood-fired oven or the new series.

Trata is already following , namely sourcing tuna from all oceans, in accordance with geographical & time-related regulations that ensure the normal reproduction of tuna populations, & respecting protected species, thus do not source the endangered (Thunnus thynnus). Additionally, they have as a goal for all their tuna products to be in the following years. (MSC) is an independent, global, non-profit organisation that awards certification to sustainable & well-managed fisheries

Fun Fact: was the 1st one to write about the majestic bluefin tuna in his books on zoological investigation back in 350 BC‼

World Water Day 2026: Where Water Flows, Equality Grows

, held on 22 March every year since 1993, is an annual United Nations Observance that celebrates water & inspires action to tackle the global water crisis.
