In 1963, Frits Schrouff, the founder of Heuschen & Schrouff Oriental Food, saw how much Indonesian immigrants longed for the food from their far away homeland. Frits came to aid and took a plane to Indonesia to start importing rice and soy products on a small scale, which he then sold door-to-door with a small VW van. This adventure developed over a few decades into the large leading company whic

h Heuschen & Schrouff is today. We import and distribute Asian food throughout Europe and hereby connect people and culture.
