Inspired by Taiwan’s night markets, Veggie Garden Café brings authentic Taiwanese vegetarian and vegan street snacks into a cozy café experience – right here in Rotterdam!

For the opening month, we want to highlight one of Taiwan’s most beloved street food classics from our menu: Taiwanese Scallion Pancake (Cong Zhua Bing 蔥抓餅).

At our café, you can enjoy three delicious versions:
🌱 Original: Simple, comforting, full of fresh scallions aroma wrapped in the crispy layers.
🌱 Classic: THE iconic Taiwanese combination featuring egg, sweet corn, and Thai basil.
🌱 Special (Vegan): Filled with vegan ham and fresh salad, a refreshing and flavorful twist!

把時間，留給味蕾。這是一場「體驗式」的餐桌計畫，我們將現泡的台灣茶融入用餐過程，讓每一口料理，都有茶香引路。

更棒的是，在Veggie Garden這個開放的空間——
你可以感受辛香菇菇與茗茶在口中的化學反應，也靜靜享受鐵觀音愛玉的清涼滑順，更可以隨性地向廚師詢問素燥飯的秘方，或是跟侍茶師聊聊這泡茶背後的山頭香氣。沒有拘束，只有最真誠的味覺交流，拋開預設，來一場「品茶」與「好奇心」的台式晚宴。🍜🍵

Before Chinese New Year arrives, we invite you to slow down, step away from the rush, and enter a space of creativity and calm.
Between Ink & Sweetness is a gentle, hands-on workshop where Chinese calligraphy meets plant-based dessert making, inspired by the Year of the Horse (馬年). 🐎

Through brush, ink, and taste, you’ll explore traditional characters, symbolic meanings, and the joy of crafting something sweet to share and enjoy.
