Perfect Italian Tiramisu • How to make Tiramisu •No baked Tiramisu

Ingredients:
• Mascarpone 250 grams
• Eggs 2 pieces
• Sugar 2 tablespoons
• Marsala liqueur or wine 1 tablespoon
• Savoiardi biscuits 150 grams (20 pieces)
• Espresso coffee 250 grams
• Instant coffee 1 stick
• Cocoa for decoration
• Salt 1 pinch

Cooking:
1.Divides eggs into whites and yolks
2.Add sugar to the yolks, beat until fluffy
3. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until frothy
4. Add liqueur and mascarpone to the yolks
5.Mix whites and yolks
6.Mix natural coffee with instant coffee
7.Soak the savoiardi biscuits in coffee. Put in a mold, top half of the cream, repeat another layer of cookies in coffee and add another half of the cream on top
8.Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
9.Sprinkle cocoa before serving

Peach Cookies That Look Real • Easy Homemade Dessert

Ingredients:
• 250 g flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 90 g sugar
• vanilla
• 1 egg
• 30 g soft butter
• 100 g condensed milk
• nuts
• orange juice
• orange & red food coloring
• sugar for coating
• mint leaves

Instructions:
1. Beat egg, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
2. Add soft butter and mix well.
3. Sift flour with baking powder.
4. Combine everything into a soft dough, wrap, and chill for 30 min.
5. Divide into 10 pieces, shape into balls.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20 min. Cookies should stay light.
7. While warm, scoop out a little center from each half.
8. Fill with condensed milk and a nut, then join two halves together.
9. Chill for 15 min.
10. Tint one part of orange juice orange and another red. Dip cookies partly in orange, then red juice, and coat with sugar.
11. Decorate with mint and chill 30 min.

The world’s easiest way to make tiny croissants • Tiny croissant babies

Ingredients:
• margarine 50 grams
• butter 50 grams
• sour cream 100 grams
• flour 300 grams (+ flour for rolling)
• jam
• powdered sugar

1. Mix margarine and butter with a fork
2. Mix with sour cream
3. Add flour little by little, knead the dough with your hands
4. Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces
5. Roll out a circle, cut into 8 triangles (as in the video)
6. Put some jam on the base of the triangle, roll up the croissant (as in the video)
7. Bake on parchment for 30 minutes at 180C 8. Sprinkle hot croissants with powdered sugar

We have tried an unbelievable amount of gelato here because we are true ice cream fans — and these are the places we keep coming back to.

📍🕊️ Piet Artisans of Flavour (Piet Heinstraat 76, 2518 CK Den Haag)
One of the most memorable ice cream places in The Hague. Incredible flavor combinations and probably the best pistachio gelato I’ve ever had in the city. Rich, roasted, slightly salty pistachio done perfectly.
🤍My favorites: cherry and roasted pistachio.

📍🕊️Opa Pino (Dr. Lelykade 200, 2583 CN Den Haag)
A little piece of Sicily near the sea. Blue and white interiors, lemons, Italian tiles, fountains, beautiful music — everything about this place feels like a small Italian escape. The gelato is made fresh in front of you, and the atmosphere is simply beautiful.
🤍My favorites: dulce de leche and lychee.

📍🕊️ Het IJskabinet (Plaats 31, 2513 AD Den Haag)
This was recommended to me by so many locals, and now I completely understand why. Deep, насыщенные flavors that taste incredibly natural and fresh.
🤍My favorite: berry gelato — it tastes like freshly picked berries from a summer garden.

📍🕊️ Zamcaffè (Reinkenstraat 51A, 2517 CP Den Haag)
A cozy café in a quiet neighborhood with excellent coffee, Italian desserts, and a small but very good gelato selection. One of my son’s favorite places.
🤍My favorite: strawberry gelato.

📍🕊️ Soul Be It (Heulstraat 25, 2514 ER Den Haag)
A new place in the center of The Hague that completely won us over. They only offer a few flavors, but every single one feels creative and unexpected in the best way possible.
🤍My favorites: pear & mint and mango with red pepper. You really have to try them to understand how special they are.

The Only Apple Pie Recipe You’ll Need • How to Make Apple Pie

Ingredients:
• eggs 3
• apples 4
• sugar 250 grams
• flour 250 grams
• baking powder 1tbs
• vanilla
• cinnamon
• sugar powder

1. Separate the yolks from the whites
2. Mix the yolks with vanilla and sugar until white
3. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until white foam and peaks
4. Mix the yolks and whites with a silicone spatula
5. Gradually add flour and baking powder to the eggs
6. Cut the apples into slices
7. Line the pan with parchment, pour in half of the dough, then pour in the apples, add the second half of the dough
8. Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180C
10. Decorate with powdered sugar if desired

It’s been in the same place for years and feels like one of those hidden gems locals grow up with ✨

They have homemade Indonesian food, rare spices, sauces and snacks you literally can’t find in regular supermarkets 🤍

Definitely one of the coolest food spots I’ve found in the Netherlands lately 🕊️
