This creamy goat's cheese, aged for 16 weeks, is made by small-scale cheesemakers in the east of The Netherlands. The goats graze on peat soil here, which gives the milk a distinctive flavor. ๐
The cheese is full-bodied and creamy with a light goat's cheese aroma, with notes of walnut and crรจme fraรฎche.
