High in protein and low in sugar, but most importantly DELICIOUS ๐คค
Simply peel, slice and freeze the bananas (4~5), then add to the blender with 2 heaped Tablespoons of Peanut butter (I prefer crunchy for that) and a handful of chocolate drops. Blend 10-20 seconds at the highest speed.
Two minutes (not counting freezer time) to make and about the same time to eat it!
Grab it now from Nomad before I close for the weekend!
