Coal Creek Gardens A family run orchard selling a wide variety of family favourite fruits for everyone to enjoy!

We sell a wide range of Central Otago fruit (Roxburgh) through out the summer and Autumn seasons . We make our fruit available through our road side stall, the Gore farmers Markets and on our website (https://www.coalcreekgardens.co.nz) for nationwide delivery. We only sell fruit in these areas to ensure the best quality of fruit, rather than export the best overseas! Our list of fruits in order o

Gore Fruit Stall, Saturday 11 April (tomorrow).
This will be our last fruit stall for the season and I have made it back in time. Granted Bevin has done a sterling job keeping you supplied with our fruit while I was away.
So come on down it, promises to be full of laughs as the 2 of us will be working together.

Well it appears Autumn is here. Dark and chilly start to the day but warming in sunshine.
Parking is a bit scarce today at our Gore Fruit Stall, as the Scottish Highland Dancing competitions are being held at the St Andrews parish hall.
It is lovely having the sound of bagpipes in the background.

It has been a morning picking plums before the anticipated rain comes in.
We have Duffs Early Jewel, Shiro (unfortunately smaller than usual as yhe trees got missed in the thinning regime) and Black Amber.
That follows yesterday afternoon and evening picking the Heritage apricots further, where we found a wee family of Waxeyes and had a great veiw over our orchard.
