Our Coppa is made from pork neck and has more marbling to prosciutto, giving it a richer, meatier flavour and a slightly firmer texture.

If you enjoy bold, savoury cured meats, coppa is often the favourite. If you prefer something lighter and more delicate, prosciutto is hard to beat.
