Opened in 2011, Saint John's butchery is everything you'd come to expect from a quality local butcher. We use high quality equipment and and always ensure the highest level of hygiene and meat quality. All our ham and bacon is made on the premises, as well as our fantastic range of sausages. We offer anything from single servings to huge custom orders, all at fantastically competitive prices (even compared to the supermarkets!). All our pork is sourced from SPCA approved free range farms, and we only stock the highest quality meats. We're open 7:30-6:30 7 days a week so come down today and check out our fantastic range, quality, and great value.

He’s been part of the Saint John’s Butchery team for eight years, and plenty of you will recognise that friendly face. Always a smile and a familiar face behind the counter.

It’s a family affair too, with his daughter Caitlyn looking after you at the checkout on Thursday's.

It’s cold outside.

That means easy, tasty dinners are back on the menu.

A good sausage on a winter’s night is hard to beat. Think bangers and mash. Toad in the hole. Sausage casserole. Or just a few in the pan with some mash and gravy and you’re winning.

Our sausages are proper delicious.

And if you really want to live life on the edge, we even have pigs in a blanket from time to time.

It’s a great show for foodies. Although it does seem to go on forever!

They love using interesting cuts of meat. One of our favourites is beef cheeks.

Pop them in the slow cooker with a rich gravy or sauce. Let them cook low and slow. The result is tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious.
