Renowned Executive Chef Enaster Lo creates her own style of Taiwan cuisine. We have a unique taste that must be experienced, you'll return again and again and find something new with every visit. Enaster Lo is originated from the country side of Kaohsiung city in south Taiwan. She could only eat traditional food from the country side since her childhood until graduated from high school. Enaster Lo starts to learn making cakes and culinary arts since 2007. However, she misses her hometown and realizes that is not convenient to eat Taiwan hometown cuisine in New Zealand. Enaster Lo thinks many people feel the same so shares Taiwan cuisine to everyone !
