Timbuktu Nomadic Deli Timbuktu is a new model of delicatessan with a focus on fresh and healthy, without forgetting the comfort foods we all love and crave occasionally.

A global tasting experience in a fun and relaxed environment. Our business is a takeaway outlet with a focus on cabinet food. We offer a regular range of popular dishes that showcase a spectrum of global street food. In addition to this range we have an ongoing "Destination Location" which changes this is a chance for our customers to be brave and try new food experiences. During these periods we will explore the local traditional foods from this location. "A little adventure in every bite"

Today is our second to last day open at Timbuktu. Super surreal for us. Our cabinets are overflowing and we can’t wait to spend our last few days with you all. We have restocked some freezer items overnight also. At the end of tomorrow we will be out the back with our feet up and would love to see anyone who wants to join us for a farewell casual drink BYO and come share stories and hugs.
