My story
My name is Peter Koller. I am originally from Appenzell, Switzerland and live in Blenheim since November 2012. I am a trained butcher and chef and can therefore understand what the needs for restaurants and delis are. I learnt my trade in Switzerland and after various stations in Switzerland, Canada and New Zealand I settled down in Blenheim to open my butchery. I have been trading since October 2016. Even though I am based in Marlborough, I can ship all my goods by overnight courier to any place in the country.
My strengths are Swiss quality sausages and dried meats. I only use high quality New Zealand meat in order to achieve the best possible results.
All my products are gluten and MSG free. I value products without “chemical ingredients” and a high quality production.
