This time, we’re offering Puru — an early-season Highbush variety producing a generous crop of large, sweet berries from December.

Already bought Reka plants from us? Even better. Puru is a great companion variety to plant alongside Reka, providing cross-pollination between varieties and helping you build a more diverse blueberry patch.

It’s wonderful to know that so many of these plants are heading into home gardens, orchards, hedges and food forests around the Waikato and beyond.

(Previous years average blooming dates are 20th September until the 15th of October - please note this is weather dependent).

If you would like to visit us over this time, bookings are essential.

If you would like to avoid the crowds and celebrate with a wedding, wedding reception, staff party, birthday, baby shower, just need a reason to celebrate, or have a large party interested in relaxing under the cherry blossoms, we have private functions available from 5pm for groups of 30 people or more.

The stunning location and and amazing sunsets make for a wonderful evening to remember.
