Good bread takes time. And you can taste it.

Every day in Christchurch, our little microbakery is busy making fresh sourdough bread from scratch.

Long fermentation, good flour, simple ingredients and plenty of time: that’s what gives our bread its flavour and texture.

And our sourdough ciabatta? We reckon they’re pretty hard to beat. 😍

You can enjoy our bread at the restaurant, or pick up a loaf (or a couple of ciabatta!) to take home from the shop ❤️

We need a Procurement & Deli Manager, someone who loves great food, is good with people, knows how to get things done and can keep a busy deli running properly.

It’s full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, and the role is a mix of leading the deli team, looking after purchasing and stock, and making sure we’ve got the right products on the shelves and in the counters.

You don’t necessarily need to have had the exact job title before. If you’ve got strong hospitality, deli, retail food, procurement or food management experience, I’d be keen to hear from you.
