Not every space is designed for a standard pergola layout — and that’s where custom design makes all the difference.

For this Luxe Pergola installation, the rear of the structure was secured using L brackets. At the front, space was limited, so rather than placing a traditional corner post and restricting the deck area, we engineered a recessed post solution to keep the space open and functional.

The result? A clean, modern pergola that provides full weather protection while maximising the usable outdoor area.

For this project in Swannanoa, the client wanted the pergola to look like it was always part of the home. To achieve that, we custom-designed the roof pitch to match the existing house roofline, creating a seamless and architectural finish.
