Out on a new farm that will supply certified organic barley to Santé as it grows. This is Mr Rob Pooler's new property 'Willowmere'. This video is shows the first barley crop for 2025. As Santé grows we keep planning to meet the increased demand for raw material. 100% certified organic and 100% sourced from New Zealand.

There are 5 reasons why Canterbury, New Zealand is the ideal source of certified organic barley for Santé. The soils, the temperate maritime climate, the abundant artesian water, the skilled farmers and the clean and beautiful environment. I love showing my Santé friends and colleagues some of that clean and beautiful environment when they come to visit us.
