POV: You have one of the best jobs in the bakery…imagine spending your day poking, stretching, wiggling and fluffing fresh bread dough before it heads off to bake, honestly it’s basically grown-up Play-Doh just way more delicious!

There’s something oddly satisfying about watching dough come to life - soft, bouncy, warm and ready to turn into fresh loaves for the shop. We might be biased but those days are pretty fun around here!
