This season threw everything at us — several big downpours that could’ve easily ruined the crop. But our fanau put in a lot of hard mahi in the paddock doing whatever we could to protect our melons and keep them sweet 👌

Follow us as we prepare the whenua for the 2025-26 watermelon season. We will share updates from the maara as we plan to bring fresh, sweet watermelons directly to our community.

Hi everyone,

It saddens us to have to give this update however we want to ensure our community is aware.

Our watermelons this season were unfortunately affected by the heavy down pour of rain prior and during the Christmas period.

There will be no watermelons this season despite that our fanau continue to work away in the background and look forward and hopeful for a more fruitful season ahead in 2025.

Thank you for your ongoing support. All our new years wishes to you all 😌

Happy Thursday everybody!

Just putting our feelers out there - We are looking to secure some land for long term lease. For many years now we have only been able to lease land per season and although we are grateful, it has been a challenge without the certainty that we will have land secured for the following season.

We would love to continue providing our community with quality produce straight from the paddock to their homes. So please 🙏🏽 if you or anyone you know is interested in leasing some land to us, flick us a message here ☺️

Our fanau are hitting the paddocks again today so we will have more watermelons ready for you tomorrow👌
