It's a long weekend! 😊

We have stocked up with some jams and put out a long weekend special - CARROTS!

Pulled straight out from our garden this morning!

We hope everyone has a great time this long weekend and for those traveling, we hope you get to your destination safely.

Happy duck shooting weekend everyone!
We have been quiet on social media but busy on the farm and are happy to announce that our spray free walnuts are now available in our wee stall!
These walnuts have been handpicked by the boys,dried out by our fire and then shelled and packaged for your convenience 😊

They come in 150g packages of:
walnut bits - perfect for adding into cakes or salads
Walnut halves - great for decorating or adding to your tail mix
Walnut wholes - because we are so impressed we managed to get them out of the shell whole!
If your driving past on the way to the Mai Mai why not stop in and grab a pack for an afternoon energy boost!

How nice has the weather been the past couple of days🌞

But according to the weather peeps, we could be in for a wet weekend!

What better way to spend the day then in the kitchen baking some old favourites!

We can help with that!In the stall today we have:

RHUBARB - Freshly picked and bunched into 1kg (x2) and 500g (x3) bunches.
$4/Lg & $2/Sml

QUINCES - An oldie but a goodie. Just starting to ripen up. $1/Kg

APPLES - Beautiful red, crispy apples.$2/Kg

Combine with the rhubarb and you could make an awesome crumble for dessert!

Hey everyone!The Hamilton boys are excited to add some new produce to the stall...
We have PEARS!🍐
These are Williams Bon Chretien pears. We had to pick them a little early to save them from the birds so they are just starting to ripen. But when they do these juicy, sweet pears are great for eating and bottling!

We also have TOMATOES.🍅
Mostly moneymakers with a few Romas in the mix.

There's a couple of "cute cucumbers" 🥒as Archer likes to call them and of course our sugar snap peas 🫛.

And lastly we have COOKING APPLES.🍏 available in 5kg buckets. These apples are great for making apple sauce as they cook down so easily and keep for ages if stored correctly. Currently have 10 buckets available and can help with delivery within Otama and Gore township if required.

You may see our farm sign looking a little bare today, the boards took a bit of a beating in the wind yesterday and require some repairs.
But we do still have plums,peas and preserves!
We have also started to pick some apples as well!

The sign may be empty but the stall is stocked 😊

Keep a bag of these by your side as a healthy snack or chuck them into a stir-fry for a bit of fresh crunch!

The boys were out again this afternoon picking fresh red plums to stock up the stall.These plums are great for kids lunch boxes or for making plum jam, plum sauce or whatever takes your fancy!

We still have greengages available as well 😊

Hey everyone!Welcome to our wee farm stall's very own page 😊
This is where we will keep you updated with any new produce that will be available.

Today we have started to put out.. GREENGAGES!they are just coming into season so only a limited amount ready atm but we still have some red and yellow plums as well as some preserves available.
