Origin Earth is a boutique dairy company based at the former Te Mata Cheese Factory at 393 Te Mata Rd, Havelock North. We produce fresh milk, pot set natural yoghurt and a range of hard and soft cheeses. Our company sources its milk from farmers who employ biological soil management practices. It’s a real Hawke’s Bay standout, recently recognised at the New Zealand Cheese Awards, with a gentle mānuka smoke that adds something a little special.
She loves it tossed through roast veg or added to a simple platter.
