Operating in Otago and Southland, I offer a range of divine services created with love. After almost 16 years of a Divine Dish, the time has come for a change more in line with my creations, my essence and what I love to do from my heart. I have always stood behind my business but now is time to stand within it, proud of what I have created. A Divine Dish was built on many years of testing the wat

ers and feeling my way into what makes my heart happy but also how I can best be of service to my amazing clients. My Private Chef Service creates luxury experiences and sits beautifully alongside the Exclusive catering and Elopement catering services. This rebrand journey has also led me home to my original concept, created in 2008, when starting a Divine Dish, Kitchen Angel. I offered this service for ten years to the
day in Southland when I put it on the shelf while I created the delivery service. Kitchen Angel has now been supercharged and refined for the Central Otago market. DÎNER EN BLANC at Coal Pit Wines

You are invited to join us for an afternoon inspired by a French tradition of gathering, set against the rugged beauty of an Otago summer.

Dîner en Blanc is rooted in simplicity and shared ritual. Guests dress entirely in white and gather around a long table to celebrate food, wine, and togetherness. It is less about formality and more about intention, a moment set apart where the table becomes a place of connection and the setting does much of the talking.

Originating in France, Dîner en Blanc began as a long lunch held in a secret location, revealed only at the last moment. For this occasion, the table will appear somewhere unexpected on the Coal Pit estate, revealed on the day. Guests are invited to dress in white, echoing the light of summer and the sense of occasion that defines the tradition.

This curated long lunch brings together beautiful food, exceptional wine, and good company. Joanna Keppel will be preparing a seasonal menu, paired with Coal Pit wines and a selection of special library releases poured exclusively for the event.

Hosted by our winemaker and the Coal Pit team, this is a rare opportunity to slow down, connect, and experience Coal Pit in a new light.

Date & Timing: Saturday 7th March | 1pm - 430pm | 121 Coal Pit Road, Gibbston
Dress Code: All White. A nod to classic Dîner en Blanc style
Tickets: $170 per person, 18+ event
Transport: Optional return transfers from Queenstown or Arrowtown (additional cost).​ Limited onsite parking available.

I know it has been a long time between posts, but I have been recalibrating myself while enjoying the beautiful new vista as I relocated to Queenstown.

Thank you Southland for all of your support over the last 17 years, it was the perfect grounds to build my business. Along with my heart, the services I offer have been calling me up among the mountains for a long time. The stars aligned and I bolted!

My private chef and Kitchen angel services are now based in Central Otago but I have returned home many times to look after wonderful clients. I am still servicing both areas as well as Dunedin but the home base has flipped and with absolute gratitude!
