It’s a hub where our community gathers for events, workshops, markets and more. It’s also where you can find all your grocery essentials locally sourced. Our café cabinets are filled with delicious goodies and our friendly staff are on hand to help you get as much or as little as you need for own baking, cooking and cleaning at home. Bring your own containers to do your bit for the environment or

grab one of the clean jars we have on hand. If you can’t find it on the shelf, we can even put in a special order from our fantastic local and national suppliers. Vanguard works directly with trusted growers and cooperatives in places like Colombia and beyond - focusing on ethical sourcing, sustainability, and high-quality specialty beans. The coffee cherries are handpicked, processed with care, then expertly roasted in Dunedin to bring out the unique flavours of each origin.
