We are a small producer of excellent specialty smallgood meats. This is a passion for Brent Noye rather than a job. We can cater to the European Sausage connoisseur ranging from a lovely Garlic Polish Sausage to a Dutch Rookworst, an English Black Pudding. For the south Africans we do Biltong, Boerewors, Dryworse, a variation of Bobotie in a Sausage form. And many many more...
