Hello my name is Ian, with partner Rochelle, we own and manage Matanaka Meats. We are an East Otago company situated just south of Waikouaiti in Hawksbury Village next to Evansdale Cheese, which is approximately 40KM north of Dunedin

e Competition over the last 8 years, this year we won Silver for both our Streaky Black and our Maple Dry bacons in the New Zealand Pork Bacon and Ham Competition. We are offering the finest selection of handmade products for you the consumer, made to the highest standard, we take pride in our work ensuring you get the best, we source the best meat money can buy for our processing and all our pork products are made from PigCare accredited pork only, and are all raised on New Zealand farms.
