💫 Seeking Mother Hen 💫

Looking for a motivated team leader to assist our weekend staff to give leadership and guidance
To support us as owners while working with us while we develope and expand

Hours Saturday and Sunday 8am to finish approx 1pm - other shifts are available during week to cover school hoildays - sick leave and week day staff hoildays

Role includes - managing our onsite shop
Stocking - cash handling- dealing with public

Working along side weekend staff to insure job is done to high level but in expected time frames

Chicken management- making sure our number ones are well kept - feed and happy including our smaller chicks

Processing orders so they are ready to dispatch on mondays

Must be able to drive manual- give instructions to younger staff members and understand you are our main source of contact for weekends
With the ability to drive a tractor or the willingness to learn

Hours : 8am to 12pm ish ( can vary )

Location : Leeston

Job type : permanent part time - we have no dry time so Postions are for every weekend inc public hoilday weekends

Role : Collecting - processing - packing of eggs - record keeping - animal management

Looking for : motivated individuals - who can self motivate them selves but at times work with others - must have great eye sight ( key for detail ) - clear writing - must have license and be able to drive
