Today my mini mullet man turned 7!!
The growth and resilience I have seen this past year makes me teary. Here’s some of what he got up to.
He’s come right out of his shell, sooo much more loving and empathetic, and still so inquisitive, fun, loud, and just wild.
Everyone needs a Koa Roy, he is life of the party and then the cuddliest koala at the same time.
The little wisdom quotes, inappropriate comments, amazing dance moves, long winded tries, all just make my life 😂🥰
Happy birthday KBear, you’re just the coolest, funnest, noisiest guy I know, never change, we all love you sooo much, and thank you everyone for the bday love 🤎

2016 trend, Jessi style.
Back when I had the one child, he just came everywhere with me… back then we still had that deep resilience. I had 4 jobs at once (Mall management-met lol, ANZ, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and promo) and still managed the time to volunteer for Hanmer Events.
We hung with Brother Brown and the rest of the fam.
We travelled NSW, QLD, Central Otago, North Canterbury, Wellington.
My all time bestie and I took our boys on a cruise.
I spent time with some of the other besties that are still lovin us today.
Life was busy, life was good, but man, who would have ever guessed what the next 10 years would bring 🤎

Wow, what a year!!
2025 really showed me what’s possible when you keep showing up, even when ya don’t think you can.

This year, to name a few thangs-
-Completed my diploma with excellences all round.
-Was recognised at the Selwyn Awards.
-Spoke at the Selwyn Council breakfast.
-Was selected into 2 game changing TPK programmes (watch this space 😍)
-Became Junior Club Captain for
-Somehow become a basketball coach at school.
-Worked on launching our new products and grew the business massively 🤭

And somehow, in the middle of all that, the kids absolutely thrived. We traveled, we laughed, we cried, we learnt life skills… As I watch them grow in confidence, sport, and joy, that will always be my biggest win of all 🤎

I’ve felt my brother Brown super close this year too.. watching from the stars, keeping me steady, reminding me why I do this.

Grateful beyond words, for my babies, for my friends & fam, for the new people we meet, for our village. Grounded. Growing.
Happy New Year team, here’s to another year of purpose, people, and potential…. I’m just getting started 🌱

Queensland 🥰

It’s always been such a special place for my fam and I. We traveled here when we were younger, Brother Brown and I lived here together in our late teens and early 20s, and now I’m bringing my babies back, sibling fun.
This time to Redcliffe, 3 years apart.
It’s just such a special place.
We are happy here, and closer to the ocean, so closer to my sibling 🤎

Preseason training at our place has begun early…
Mid-summer, late nights, PJs.

Alongside running Brown Acres and growing microgreens year-round, I’m a very committed sports Mum.

I’m also very proud to have been elected Junior Club Captain for 🖤🤍
A role all about leadership, connection, and supporting our junior players and their whānau.

Business, family, and community don’t sit separately in our world… they grow together 🌱

So my baby turned FOUR!

Still honestly the coolest gal I’ve ever met… my sassy, smart, sweet little pocket rocket. Lover of music, mermaids, makeup, and thinks shes a cowgirl.
She dances her way through life, livin the dream/on a prayer. I love you Nora Andrew.

Thank you all that reached out with love n wishes n those that were able to make it for her wee birthday party. Cups are full. Here’s a snippet of her year.

Nora, always know that Uncle Brown and your angel sister (with the exact same birthday as you, in 2017) are watching over you always, they give you that little sparkle in your eyes ✨
