Meet your local beekeeper: Mark from Bird & Bee.

Mark’s passion for beekeeping started in 2014. He works his bees full-time for 8 months of the year with one goal: healthy bees and quality queens. He’s been grafting queens since 2015, supplying both hobbyists and commercial beekeepers.

As his hives have grown, so has his honey crop — and now we get to share it with you! 👍

This raw bush honey is primarily Kāmahi with a hint of Mānuka, Rata, Rewarewa and Pōhutukawa.
Deep and rich with floral and slightly nutty flavours. Creamy, raw, and full of natural pollen & enzymes.
