our green sauerkraut is everyone’s favourite. it has strong umami notes and is super herby from the fresh dill.

locally grown & spray free green cabbage
new zealand apples
local dill grown in tomarata by Corner Paddock
new zealand sea salt

i put this in salads, with meat, on cheeseboards (with everything)… it’s a great all rounder.

you can find green stocked at Mangawhai Meat Shop and Kakariki.
I will be at Mangawhai Beach Market and Waipu Village Market this weekend and will have lots of jars!

Our Mangawhai Beach Market stallholders are busy making, baking, harvesting and creating, getting ready to bring you another wonderful selection this Saturday.

And this week we have something NEW! 🎉
A new food stall serving delicious Thai street food and traditional Thai desserts — definitely something new to try!

Come along, have a wander, grab something yummy and enjoy the market atmosphere.
