Monday 2nd February is Nelson Anniversary. We live in such a beautiful region, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities, and filled with very creative, talented locals and small artisan businesses.

Christmas Granola is here!! Fresh, local organic oranges were picked for their zest and juice, toasted almonds, dried organic cranberries, cinnamon and a touch of maple syrup. It really is Christmas in the best of ways while also being light to keep you feeling great over the holidays. Grab some now as it usually sells out pretty darn quick! :)

After 4 years of supporting this incredible conservation project with Yum, we decided we were long overdue to visit and support in person. So, Rai (age 6.5) and I ventured down and thoroughly enjoyed a few days of the gorse crew, Okarito, and a whole lot of amazing food. Such a memorable, worthy treat!
